Summer-y Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. honey

Chop and cook broccoli briefly (3 to 5 minutes). Chill in cold water and drain. Toast seeds in low oven or toaster oven until golden. Mix seeds with soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and honey and pour over broccoli. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
